Dr Tom Hanna
Dr Tom Hanna is the director of Hypercube Scientific. A physicist by training, he has worked in industry since 2011 and is recognised as an expert in supply chain simulation, advanced analytics and data-driven decision support. He has given several invited talks at industry events and regularly hosts interns as part of his passion for building links between industry and academia. Tom completed a DPhil at Oxford University in 2008 as a John Monash scholar and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Joint Quantum Institute (NIST and the University of Maryland) before returning to Australia. He has published 12 peer reviewed journal articles and 2 book chapters.
Tom started Hypercube Scientific Consulting as a vehicle for his passion for turning scientific analysis into business value. Before Hypercube, he held technical leadership roles at Suncorp Group and Fortescue Metals Group.

Dr Annika Kramer
A high-performing simulation specialist and data analyst with a PhD in Computer Science and over 10 years' commercial experience in the mining and automotive industry as manager, team leader and software developer. Dr Andrew Wood
An experienced experimentalist, simulation modeller and scientific consultant, Andrew has recently completed his PhD in experimental quantum optics. In his time at Hypercube Scientific Andrew has been central to the understanding and development of supply chain optimisation models, building simulation analysis tools and ongoing management of simulation models and tools.

Dr Annie Ross
With a background in theoretical plasma physics, Annie has developed unique skills in developing mathematical models of complex physical systems. Using her mathematical abilities to gain insight into the relationships between physical parameters in a real-world system, she can then translate that information into optimising industrial processes. Annie has a PhD in physics from Cambridge University and holds multiple international patents.

A mathematician with a talent for algorithms and logic, a passion for programming and 6 years of experience with industry problems. Karsten has a proven record in creating value by exploring and researching impactful optimisation, data science and algorithmic challenges as either solo developer, technical support, teammate and project lead.

Senior Analyst and Business Development
Zsofia Dobos graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master’s Degree in Water Science, Policy and Management. She has worked in hydrology and engineering in the UK, US, and Australia. Zsofi brings her creative problem-solving skills to the Hypercube Team, and looks after business development.
